First strike. I called to confirm my booking in November and asked if you took hmo cause i know I've been using it there only to be told by the guy in reception that the policy has changed.
Please sack both staff cause it's either they were not properly trained or they are grossly incompetent.
It's not a matter of rebooking the appointment. It's a matter of inconvenience.
Today's appointment was booked over a month ago. Only for the dentist to inform me that he can't see me because ive been booked wrongly. The front desk didn't even inform me . Fair enough it wasn't her mistake.
There must be consequences for every action. 2 strikes in a row means that there is something seriously wrong with the quality of front desk staff that you've employed.
I spoke to Mr Roberts the manager and at the end of the day an apology does not cover for the inconvenience of today.
