Security is excellent, giving visitors peace of mind throughout their stay. The venue offers multiple event halls, as well as a balcony that provides a nice space to relax or network during breaks. The environment is clean, professional, and well-suited for conferences, trainings, workshops, and business events. My only downside is the parking space—it isn't sufficient for the size of the venue, especially during large events, so parking can become a challenge. Overall, it's a solid venue that I'd recommend, with the parking situation being the only area that could use improvement

Parking can be challenging at times, especially on Mondays. Power supply is mostly stable, and when public power is unavailable, solar power helps to bridge the gap.
