Located near the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on Oyo Road, this 26-story icon, built in 1965 with cocoa export funds, stands at 105 meters, offering stunning views of Ibadan’s seven hills from its observation deck.
The ground-floor mini-mall buzzes with shops selling local crafts, fashion, and cocoa-themed souvenirs, perfect for visitors exploring Ibadan tourist attractions. Kokodome, the on-site restaurant and poolside bar, serves affordable Nigerian dishes like pounded yam and egusi soup, with a family-friendly swimming pool adding a recreational touch. The large car park makes access easy, even during peak hours, a huge plus in busy Dugbe.
The Odu’a Museum inside showcases Yoruba artifacts and cocoa cultivation history, a treat for cultural enthusiasts.
