The courtroom are well air-conditioned but very small. Consisting of 3 rows of seats on either side of the courtroom where lawyers can seat and another long row at the back for visiting applicants. The buildings consist of several courthouses where cases can be handled simultaneously.

The court is located in the same environment where many government establishments are located like the town hall, that is beside it (a road separates them), the general hospital that is down the main road, and all. There's also Ladega market, Bukka hut and the likes. We entered through the side street but I'm pretty sure you'd have more luck with entering from the street opposite it. The building is painted gray and on that street, I counted at least 3 law offices. The service of the staff from security guard to 'affidavit' officer was impressive. They were very helpful and calm when answering questions and rendering services.

The magistrate court holds different magisterial divisions - Ogba, Mushin and one other. It holds it registry and E-filing section and also small claims courts.
