There is visible improvement in the court rooms. Airconditioners are now effective, lawyers and litigants no longer sweat in the court. But the surrounding area are still infested with touts. Parking can be challenge.

Difficult to find a parking spot. If you have any business to do at this high court, prepare your documents ahead.

The court grounds are actually clean and look well maintained. Parking is a challenge as almost everywhere is 'reserved for judges' while other slots are blocked with tyres with threats from security that your car will be towed if you park there.

I didn't really have a good experience here as the harassment by the touts and security men made me leave the place. The security won't just direct you to the appropriate office unless you're willing to give them a tip. Even at that, they'll just direct you to undercover staffs…
