George D. ★★★★★ : I believe DHL is a priority partner of VFS abuja, my mum went to send her passport to Abuja and paid Vfs two-way courier services, she showed the receipt to yourDHL but your staff still said she has to pay 25,000 to send it to Abuja, please why is that, any explanation? Will vfs take 2 way courier service and still tell dhl to take courier service fee?
kelly K. ★★★★★ : The service at their trans Amadi outlet was top-notch and the staff that attended to me were courteous. I do recommend their service.

Beverly O. ★★★★★ : Items from calabar to PH shouldn't last more than 4 days on transit, why did mine take 3 weeks? I'll not advise anyone to use this route, except you're not in a hurry to receive your package. Crew members from calabar had to keep calling Ph to ask them to update the system. Their excuse was, they "forgot". This is a very poor image and PR, because ABC has never been known for such incompetence.
Nyro J. ★★★★★ : Perfect for waybill items, because they have a system and a team of staff, with proper records to ensure packages are not mixed up
