Terrible,. Nobody should ever use ems to send or receive any parcel..they have no atom of good services, bad staff manners and no professionalism. My parcel was delayed for over 2 weeks, and they don't care.

That building needs serious renovations. It's old. There's no source of power supply whatsoever. Only one person attending and though there was no crowd, due to the social distancing, there is serious need for more hands on deck

I can't believe this used to be our pride. Facility looks like an abandoned property. Renovation is needed urgently and we need to revive our post office because we definitely still need post services. My humble opinion.
