First, they are "NOT" to be trusted. The sales Rep, Bridget by name changed initial deposit amount we agreed with her alibi, a technician in the Honda department.
Second, I strongly believe this company is dodging tax. Bridget compel customers to make payment to a personal bank account or forget about fixing your car. I have proof.
Third, from the 26th of June 2023 I dropped my car till the 11th of July, I angrily retrieve it no follow-up phone calls/ sms.
Again, the result of the diagnosis I paid for was not given to me till today by Bridget's & her manager.
Also, they damaged my car battery. I will rather go to a road side than face such a nightmare.

Update: Finally got a quote from the company 4+days after dropping off the car, on a Friday afternoon. Paid up the following Monday. Was told car will be ready before Friday. By Thursday, it was.
The work was surprisingly well done. I honestly wasn't expecting the outcome I got. It was very satisfactory.
Final review will be a 3 star because of the earlier experience and the need for them to actually work on the relationship with clients.
