Kabir M. ★★★★★ : The worst customer service I have ever seen. I went to check the cars in their show and 2 guys and a lady saw me entering but ignored me, I walked up to their table and greeted them, which they didn't acknowledge. Well, I chose to get straight to the point by asking them who can show me the cars in the showroom. They looked at me up and down, sized me and said "are you seriously buying or just sightseeing". To cut the story short, I angrily walked away but they cared not - probably thinking another time-waster gone. But unfortunately for them, it's another customer lost to the more professionally run car dealership in town owned by a Lebanese. "Thank you Mr Hassan. You made". After transaction/paper work, Hassan gave me his card and wrote his personal WhatsApp number, saying "I am going on my vacation, but you can always keep in touch via WhatsApp". Kojo Motors, please save your business by sending your sales staff for a crash course with Hassan. Do it and thank me letter. Also from time to time, be sending Mystery Shoppers to your branches to get first hand experience of how your staff are treating your customers and potential customers.
Habib A. ★★★★★ : Beautiful and great service, you will love this place whoever is reading this. The view is wonderful

Aero D. ★★★★★ : This dealership offers aftermarket services in the form of repairs and maintenance. They are a bit pricey compared to some of the options around and thats because services quality is here is top notch. They do not use cheap quality or used products for services but rather insist on dealer recommended parts. This can be a bit expensive at first but when you experience the freedom of not having constant issues with your car then the service cost is better understood.

Dotimi B. ★★★★★ : Sent a Mercedes Benz into their Lekki repair center for repairs in Jan 2026, this is Mar 2026 and the car is yet to be returned... everyday its one story after another... Executives (specifically Ms Titi & Ms Sandra) did not show concern that a car had been with them for months, and when they are held to their words, they acted like they were doing us a favour by accepting to repair our car. It's such a shame that a company seen from outside as reputable can have such poor customer support. I would not recommend Germaine Autos to any vehicle owner.
Modupe A. ★★★★★ : Very good customer service and professional job delivered. I am highly impressed.

Eze P. ★★★★★ : Not an organized transport business. But if you don't care about that then it's usually more affordable and their prices are fair especially for waybill of goods.
Valentina K. ★★★★★ : Why will I weighbill an item from Jos to Abuja from morning till evening and it hasn't reached... Cars can develop issues I know but the rudeness of this driver is something else. Plateau riders as a whole stresses me out any time I used them for logistics. The receiver of the weighbill is so furious 11am and 7.44 pm . Drivers name is Rotshak.
