The customer service is very poor. It takes over a week to get parts delivered for repairs, which is unacceptable for time-sensitive situations. Even worse, it takes 2-3 days just to receive quotes, and that’s after you’ve already paid for a diagnostic check on your vehicle.
If you’re looking for timely, professional service, this is not the place. I hope the management can work on improving their processes and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
