Ademola R.★★★★★ — Your decision to abolish buffet dinners is not a popular decision. One of the main attractions to your hotel is the buffet package. You can review your price to accommodate the cost.
Secondly, your laundry package is appalling. You use paper to pack clothes.
Please note that hotels in your category such as Golden TULIP, Ogehi place formally Le Meriden, among others are doing far better.
Thank you for not being annoyed with my candid assessment
Caleb G.★★★★★ — Just had an amazing experience at Novotel Port Harcourt. Didn't stay there but popped in over the weekend for some drinks and then decided to get something to eat, and was blown away by the service. The waiter, David, is attentive, friendly, smiles always and was knowledgeable about the menu. Thanks to his great recommendation, my friend and I had the fisherman soup and I was blown away by how good it was. Thanks David for such wonderful recommendation, maybe next time I'd book a room.
Paha G.★★★★★ — I am always happy every time I visit this restaurant. This is one of the best restaurant in our city, the rates are excellent, and I have always been pleased with their service.
clifford I.★★★★★ — I tell you of a fact , it was a good place for relaxation and feel at home foods .
Mirabel S.★★★★★ — The food was so good! I had the prawn Alfredo and honestly wasn’t sure they’d get it right but it turned out to be one of the best I’ve ever had. My friend had the jambalaya rice, and it was just as tasty and full of flavor.
I also tried their baked goods, I bought cookies and bread. The cookies were okay, but I didn’t enjoy the bread.
The only downside was the wait time, which was quite long. But to be fair, the service made up for it - they are super attentive and genuinely friendly
Mee-ebari N.★★★★★ — Recently looking like a shadow of it's former self. I think it's because of the huge expenses in running the place especially power.
Ibinabo S.★★★★★ — The food tastes so nice, and they have a good customer service. Highly recommend 😉
odosa O.★★★★★ — Collins Buka prepares really good meals, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. They do eat-ins, take-ouy and delivery. Their meals are well prepared and tasty, and prices are decent.
The restaurant is clean and quite well run with decent customer service.
I recommend this if you're in Port Harcourt, and looking for both local and continental meals.
R E★★★★★ — I went online and found it, called the number and they answered perfectly trained to recieve online orders. I must commend them for the saftey seal to ensure no tamper untill it got to me.
I ordered white rice and palm oil stew, taste is really homey. Very affordable too. Please keep it up
akindele O.★★★★★ — "This delightful restaurant offers a playful twist on dining! Infused with board games to enjoy while you wait for your order, it creates a fun and engaging atmosphere. The friendly, down-to-earth crowd makes it feel like a community gathering spot, all while keeping things budget-friendly. The ambiance, adorned with nostalgic touches like vintage sewing machines and classic Volkswagen Beetles, adds a unique charm that transports you to a bygone era. A perfect place to savor good food and great company!"

Chinonyerem E.★★★★★ — Very terrible service. The waiter kept forgetting my order, the Smirnoff she brought was dirty, I was given a 45 minute wait time for my meal and when I asked for a snack to munch on, the waiter said I had to compulsorily buy a drink from the bar before I could get groundnut.
K J.★★★★★ — I am an Asian so not putting my opinion on the cuisine taste as it much depends on local geography. However the sitting ambience is kind of casual. The house flies were abundant and the barbeque took forever until we were full with snacks and drinks. We went there for Barbeque specially, but we had to pack it as it was already too late.
Anne N.★★★★★ — Nothing to write home about, with poor Customer service Communication, going there is a waste of time and money…. You guys don’t even deserve 1 Star
Obi C.★★★★★ — They responded on time though their menu was not up to date. I got jellof rice for 10k and native soup for 11k. Their food was good. The staff was friendly.
