Ms- G.★★★★★ — This is a beautiful hotel, good location, everything around, club opposite . Night life very busy .
Customer service on arrival my friend and I were met by Prince very welcoming helpfully person.
The Ladies, Peace and happiness 😄 at reception are fantastic they always greet you with a smile, they are friendly and very welcoming . Lovely ladie. All staff are nice to be honest, the house keeping was good.
It was not until the last day that I noted a member of staff who does massages in the hotel .
I booked with them immediately I would have had another session had I known from the beginning this service was available here.
The hotel needs to put a sign up in the reception or by the lift or a table to advertise this service as maybe many guest are missing this great on site treatment . I had a Swedish massage the massage was fantastic. Please promote this service to your guests.
Guest need to be made aware in advance of when and what entertainers are coming otherwise like us we only saw the pianist by chance .
I noted no iron in the room, no shower cap when I use shower. You know us ladies we want to cover hair in shower.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the environment was calm and relaxing. I also appreciated how quickly any questions or requests were handled.
The location is also convenient, and it’s easy to get around from here.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to others. Keep up the good work.

The customer service at The Delborough Lagos is truly top-notch. Staff respond in less than three minutes—sometimes it feels like they’re already waiting for you to c
Mr E.★★★★★ — Honestly, I don’t understand why this hotel says 5 star! There’s absolutely nothing 5 about this place. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and I can confidently say this isn’t any start rated ho
Diane R.★★★★★ — If you want a moulding, unhygienic, dirty poorly kept hotel stay here. I paid just over $1000 for 5 nights and it was not worth the money at all and I do not recommend and will not stay again.
The only good thing is the staff service wasn’t bad. They were accommodating, polite, friendly and helpful enough. But my overall experience was very bad from check in. I arrived and couldn’t check in as my room was on one of the top floors and the lift was not working. So waited about 20mins after a long trip to relax in my room. The lift is always busy (only one lift) and then its also very slow or not working. The room they gave me I asked to be changed immediately after spending a few moments inside as it was disgusting. Makeup stains on the pillows, other bizarre stains on the duvet. The bathroom mat had black streaks on it and hairs and also mould on the facilities such as the toilet roll holder. It was all filthy and had not been cleaned properly at all. I called for management they offered to clean it and I refused and asked to be moved. Luckily the second room they gave me was better but I had been traumatised by what I had seen in the previous room that for 5 days I could not full relax or trust the cleanliness of the place. The towels and bedding were very used and barely even white anymore. I was not comfortable to use at all. Breakfast was limited and not much options everything was repeated daily apart from perhaps pork sausages (which were cold) one day and the next day chicken sausages (also always cold). The breakfast chef for the omelette stand would always disappear and when a guest would want an omelette they would have to wait whilst his colleagues go looking and yelling his name after him - this was the same everyday and he would appear about 10 mins later. Everyday the breakfast was the same, cold, dry and poor quality.
The images online are deceptive the reception area isn’t that large at all it’s small and cramped. Not at all like what you see online. The hotel is poorly maintained and isn’t properly done and finished - especially the shower the finishings are bad and not well executed. The shower head itself was splurging water in every direction and the whole thing was dirty and not cleaned at all.
Very very bad. I do not recommend and it’s very disappointing hotel. Made my whole stay in Lagos super uncomfortable everything needs changing, pillows are weak and over-used. Everything is just spoiling with no care or maintenance and the icing on the top was on my check out, I had an early flight and my car was waiting from 6:15am. I came out my room with two heavy suitcases and the lift was not working (again). I called reception they sent the maintenance guy and he couldn’t get it to work, we ended up taking the stairs from the 6th floor with the suitcases he carried them but nonetheless I was left dishevelled, rushed, sweating and late for the airport. Terrible stay very unclean and not happy with my stay at all.

Sam F★★★★★ — Poor communication with front line staff at reception has resulted in down grade of this hotel leaving a sour after taste on check out. Nonchalant attitude exhibited concerning.
Extra bed provided for room was not fit for purpose and badly let down an otherwise reasonable service. Hence struggling to give the hotel no more than three stars.

Anu B.★★★★★ — Very good location, very professional and respectful staff, the room comfortable but the bathroom needs abit of work, the drains smell and the fittings are rusty and old, sometimes the smell gets in the room and hall ways and they try to mask it with airfreshner but they need to sort out the real cause of the problem. Asides that I was greatly impressed, and the location is the best.

Olubunmi B.★★★★★ — I love the room. It has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry (washing machine). The sitting room is cosy and stylish. However, the bedroom is pretty small but not so bad for short stay. Overall, I would rate it 9.5/10.
