Asked to use the pool and have food and drinks. Food and drinks is possible we did have to wait 2 hours for our food to arrive. Pool not possible unless you staying there ? I asked to pay a feee not allowed. Two managers who I asked where gonna ask their boss and let me know.
Ones we leaving and complaining they say: we told you, you can use the pool. Oh come on!!!
EXPENSIVE food and then zero service.
Waitresses where all nice but just way to long waiting and overpriced.

The pepper soup was lovely with the too tender goat meat, but the sandwich was A1. I like the scenery of the hotel and how courteous the staff are. The environment is serene and it's easy to locate with a noticeable signage at the entrance of the street. A good experience all round!

C★★★★★ — Do not stay at this property! My experience was a disaster from start to finish. I booked with the option to extend and was told by the manager, Bright, that another room was available. Yet they refused to honor it and told me to check out at the last minute with zero communication . Basic hospitality or guest respect is something this hotel lacks !
The property itself had so much mosquitoes everywhere and the constant smell of weed filled its hallway. After reading other reviews, highlighting the service as terrible, with rude management , it is clear this is how they operate business .
As a frequent traveler , I have never had a hotel complain about having multiple luggage . It’s clear this hotel is only used to local guest and has no clue how to handle out of state travelers coming from afar.
Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else but here .

There were cockroaches in the room, the air conditioner barely worked, the walls were peeling, and the bedsheets were not clean. The refrigerator was not working, so I was unable to drink cold water. There was no proper running water, and when water was available, it was dirty and caused a rash on my face. The toilet was not flushing properly, and mosquitoes were biting me throughout the night. Overall, the room was not worth the price I paid.

Photoshoots can also be done here but that is after paying. ( 20k for those who lodge and 30k for those who do not lodge ). The light is 24hrs as well. The bathrooms are clean too.
My only recommendation is -
Pls work on the scent of the place. The rooms, the bathrooms are supposed to have diffusers to keep room and bathroom fresh and scent nice. Apart from this Rolarz is one great hotel

From the booking of the rooms to the complimentary breakfast was just off. For pete's sake, you're supposed to know how many residents you have lodged and plan adequately for their breakfast since it's complimentary. It's embarrassing making adults stand with plates and no food in the chaffing dishes. I'm disappointed
