Grove C.★★★★★ — You guys urologist is trash, I had an appointment with him on a Wednesday by 4:30pm, by 3:25 I called him and told him I’m at the hospital, so he said he’ll be there before 4:30 so that he doesn’t keep me waiting, I was appreciative of that, only for me to call him by 4:00pm, and he was asking who his speaking too, I explained that we just spoke and he said 4:30 is his schedule in the hospital, after he said he’ll be there before 4:30, I said ok, paid for the appointment 11k and then waited until past 5 and he never came, only for me to leave and then he called me saying his at the hospital. I told him i have a place to be and I’m heading there, next week Wednesday, I called him in the morning telling him I’ll be coming by 4:30pm he asked if I was the one who came last week, I said yes and he arrogantly said I should go to hospital to get a refund, he won’t be meeting with me, I think you should have a urologist who is reasonable and responsible, not your current urologist!!

IJELE I.★★★★★ — Not recommended we came in for my bro inlaws intestines obstruction and he was operated on... we stayed for a month... so he had a colostomy bag on whenever its time to change the bag the Nurses will not come to attend to him and when we complained they told us that he should do it himself can you imagine? And it wasn't like they had full house. They nurses will just be gisting.. times when you need them as a patient in the ward they come whenever they want. After paying such huge amount.. .. it's so pathetic... not recommended please.
