LONGJI D.★★★★★ — It's the Main branch of Access in the capital city, as such, there's always a large queue for virtually all the services rendered here, ranging from cash and cheque deposits and withdrawal, customer care services etc. Especially the customer care service the queue takes long time before it moves. Being a loyal customer, i suggest that since it is the main branch in the capital city, there should be available personnel on all the counters (because most times only two to three personnel are available to attend to customers which prolongs the queues) and more personnel at the customer care sections. My experience in this branch is lots of delays which made me to opt for the beach road and British American junction branches which are more faster in all the services
