How is it that a simple correction—caused by your staff—turns into a full-day ordeal for a customer? No one takes responsibility. You’re passed from one person to another, each more clueless or indifferent than the last.
There’s no empathy, no professionalism, and certainly no respect for people’s time. You expect customers to be patient while your team fumbles basic administrative tasks. Meanwhile, people have jobs, appointments, and lives to return to.
If this is how you treat customers when you’re fixing your own mistake, I truly worry for anyone needing serious banking assistance here.
