Mohammed S. ★★★★★ : Their paint quality is good but their panel beating isn’t great. Few oversights from them which as professionals I didn’t expect. They take forever for the simplest tast like accessing and analyzing your car before giving you the bill. And that happened twice. Almost 48hours to send a bill. If you have a car that doesn’t require panel beating, just painting would recommend even though their prices are overpriced compared to the value you are getting. Their staff are friendly and professional. Have to give that to them. Generally I think they can do better.
HAUWA ★★★★★ : Consistently excellent service delivery. What I love about this place is that they keep you updated every step of the way, unlike other mechanics that never communicate unless there is a problem or need more money. The technicians also explain everything and patiently break down complex terms for the car owner to understand. The parts they use is original and their costs are justifiable. I wish I knew this place earlier 🥲 Keep up the good service please.

Despite their impressive advertisements, the 30,000 Naira diagnostic fee led me to expect a thorough and detailed analysis. Unfortunately, the diagnosis they provided was no different from what a street mechanic would offer, and at a fraction of the cost. They recommended expensive repairs—almost two million Naira for parts (excluding labour cost)—that didn't seem justified. It felt like they inflated the prices, possibly because I'm a foreigner. While their customer service was attentive, the exorbitant charges and the lack of a substantial diagnostic left me feeling let down. For those who can afford it, perhaps it's worth a try, but as someone who speaks for the average earner, the cost and outcome simply don't match up. I hope this helps others make an informed decision.
