They seriously destroyed the newly upgraded front bumper of my Lexus Es 350. The owner of the company was even threatening me with law enforcement agencies instead of apologizing to me and fixing what they destroyed.

I lost a few car parts during my visits, car was not properly fixed and there was no response to my inquiries. Owner can be very proud and car fix is more expensive than the dealership, crazy!!!
