Carlton N.★★★★★ — They tried to overcharge me for a water pump change. The mechanic tried to sell it to me for 10x the market price. I decided to buy it myself and let them fix it and after increasing the labour from 30k to 90k still said the part wasn’t working. I then brought the car to another mechanic than fixed the same water pump with 15k. Wasted 150k there and they didn’t fix anything. And when I was inside the market I got other quotes for other parts of my car and they were a lot cheaper. Like for example the water pump was quoted for 560k but I bought it for 40k and the wheel pressure monitor was quoted 210k for EACH tire when it actually was 20k for the 4 with 15k for calibrations. Mind that I left some major details out because I don’t have strength to type everything. I have proof of all I’m saying here. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

S A.★★★★★ — My experience here was not a good one. I did my first car... quite a good job (takes a very long time for turn over though). But later when I went in with my Benz E350; I regreted it all. My engine up till now never the same (I want to believe staff sleeps in your car), and also is my bunnet, the hanger was total damaged. Up till date, some of the things that was removed from my car, list plastic covers and engine bunnet cover, engine cover are no where to be found. Apart from the price that is very exhuberant, the timeline is also annoying... over a month to do a paint job. I will advice you to have a very strong agreement with them before you give your car to them, request to see the owner of the place even; also pay attention to the inventory taken before they take your car. Overall... I wont recommend Kett. I am sorry, but that sad truth, My paint is already peeling to cap the entire bad expirence I had with them. I am not trying to spoil their business, but I am sure the person in charge of my Job did a very very bad job. I lost a whole Benz Engine due to paint job.
