The value for the price is unbeatable. What stood out most was the staff; they were friendly, efficient, and incredibly respectful. The room had every amenity I required, and on the rare occasion I had a complaint, it was fixed instantly. I’m not usually one for reviews, but this stay was so superior to the larger hotels that I felt compelled to leave one. I can't recommend it enough!

For a 40k room, you’d expect the toilet seat not to be leaking, the bathroom was literally cracked across and they still thought it was okay to gave that room to someone booking two rooms for a two night stay. They later changed the room and it was less than okay but my brother has to just made do with it so as to not come across as overbearing yet they couldn’t be bothered to provide him with towel and soap. In my own room, on the second night that I spent there, they clean the room during the day while I was out and they didn’t bring back the towel nor changed the soap and I won’t even speak about the breakfast that they promised on their price list for the rooms we booked but not even tea was provided. Not that I was expecting it tho. But mehn I have had better hotel services for less than 40k
