Space for extra water reservoir tanks is provided at ground floor but residents will have to do plumbing works and provide pumping machine. Overhead water reservoir tank is only 1200 Litres which is fairly enough for a small (3-4 persons) household in a week. Parking space is fairly adequate. Gate is very narrow and needs extra driving skills and experience to navigate through seamlessly. Road network is unfair to pedestrians and motorists especially during rainy seasons. Maintenance such as lightings, security and cleaning services is exclusively the responsibility of residents.
