Requests for repairs, pumping of water and other basic amenities for a standard apartment are either delayed or completely ignored, and the live in staff are unresponsive to concerns. Basic amenities like plumbing, AC constant malfunction, no cleaning service, change of sheets or towel with no wifi. It’s disappointing that such a nice place is overshadowed by subpar upkeep and poor customer service. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.
