The fact that the cathedral is right in town makes it very easy to reach in order to fulfill one of the requirements for obtaining the November indulgences for the Holy Souls in Purgatory: praying at a cemetery for them. Of course, the other requirements should also be met: going to confession, receiving the Holy Eucharist & praying for the Pope's intentions.
I liked very much that the place was very clean and the plants were well maintained. Even more pleasing was meeting a couple of other people there praying.
