For consistency, comfort, and the peace of mind they provide, they deserve more than 5 stars. I highly recommend them to anyone tired of the daily Lagos commute struggle.

They consistently exploit customers financially and show no regard for basic professionalism. Their drivers are rude, and obnoxious. The company fails to follow its own policies, yet conveniently enforces those same policies against customers whenever it suits them. Drivers are rarely at the bus stop at the scheduled time, yet they leave passengers behind for not arriving early.
To make matters worse, the drivers operate vehicles recklessly and should not be entrusted with passenger safety. This company is completely unreliable. You can never be on time when using their service. They cancel trips arbitrarily, often at the last minute, without providing alternative transport, leaving customers stranded.
I genuinely regret ever using this company.
Do not get deceived by their fake response. I was not contacted by any single person. Their drivers are still rude and obnoxious and not worth dealing with . You’re better off entering off any other transportation system or even using the public system which is more reliable than shuttlers

This is one of the worst apps ever created. After a whole lot of ads and promotions on LinkedIn and Google, what you get is a customer care number that takes your credit without picking. The app does not recognise some locations/bus stops, buses are always unavailable, no contact to call. A waste of creativity.

Is it the fact that they don’t consider first time users? or the fact that the bus stop says it’s in one place when it’s not and you have to be calling the driver back to back to know where they are? Or the fact that the drivers lack empathy and are very heartless tbh? Or the fact that they don’t wait at the bus stop for the 2 minutes stated on the app?
The list is endless and reiterating it is getting me triggered.
They take the time to do a whole rebranding when you didn’t even work on the things that matter????
