• Babatunde A. ★★★★★ — The expectation was high because I had been told that Albertville was the place to be. At first sight, after the rigors of locating the hotel through Google Maps, it was beautiful, and I was looking forward to settling down. The room was reasonably neat compared to other places I have stayed in the past few days, but disappointing to hear I have to pay for an extra towel and no refrigerator in the room with a sachet of coffee and a jar of hot water priced at a #1000 naira. I really couldn't fathom this. I was told by the receptionist or front desk personnel that this is their standard. You can only get a Towel, and if there is any need for you to request a towel, you have to pay, but your policy allows two in a room. This is ridiculously garrulous. Also, the receptionist or front desk was laughing at me while I was expressing myself that I hadn't heard of this anywhere that I would pay if I requested for extra towel. This is unprofessional, and generally, they lack basic etiquette . This is what I experienced on the 11th -12th October 2025. I wish they could do better.
