At this park, there are many taxi cabs, bikes(okada) ferrying passengers to several destination in the town like Asero, Itoju, Sagamu- interchange, Laada, etc. There's an overhead bridge there.

They work collectively to limit outside cars from entering to pickup passengers. So, if you've called an Uber or Bolt driver then do as I did and walk (or trek as 9ja says) to the end of the drive and meet your driver.
The locals tried to convince me that a "..woman like you shouldn't be walking.." I laughed hauntingly and said I need the exercise.
Furthermore, the local can rate is exorbitant and extortionious. I'm all for the little man and protecting wages but not at these cut throat and bleed you dry prices and with less security. C'mon at least someone can track me with Uber and I can follow the map of where I'm going. Some random and who knows but it's not like I've been kidnapped or witnessed any violence. It's just the principle of DON'T PRICE GOUGE.
Abeokuta is wild nonetheless BECAUSE a number of ride share drivers use Uber to find you and then say the Uber price is too low for your destination.

The train station is clean and to the point with many available seats. They left on time each trip. No vagabonds hanging around. Everyone was there has a purpose or job or traveling.
