• Mustapha E. ★★★★★ : Honestly, my experience could have been much better. The environment was not as clean as I expected, and some of the appliances in the room were faulty. The flushing system also made things quite challenging during my stay. Considering the price charged, I believe guests deserve better comfort and maintenance. That said, I truly believe the management has the capacity to improve these areas. With better attention to cleanliness, proper maintenance of appliances, and improved facilities, this place can offer a much better experience for future visitors. I’m hopeful that these issues will be addressed because the location has potential, and with the right improvements it can become a much more pleasant place to stay.
• Obafemi E. ★★★★★ : Honestly, my experience here was extremely disappointing. The place is in very poor condition and the service makes it even worse. There was no AC even though the price they charge is quite high. The environment felt dirty and the rooms had a bad smell. The toilet was in a terrible state and some electrical appliances were not working properly. It did not feel comfortable or safe at all. Even basic courtesy from the staff was missing. Food service was also very slow. Something as simple as rice took about 45 minutes to arrive, and there were very limited fast food options available. I truly cannot even describe everything that was wrong during my stay. I am writing this so that others can be aware and so the management hopefully improves these conditions in the future.
