Blessing M.★★★★★ — The iPhone XS max I bought from Keza November 21, 2023 has been giving me issues. I called them and complained to them I was told to bring it to them for check. After the checking for about 2weeks it was brought back to me and till date the phone is getting worst by day.
I bought the phone expensively from and I was allowed to pay for 3months which I kept my own part of the bargain. I actually bought from this company thinking I was going to be given the Best not minding the cost But no I wasted money which I’m actually regretting till date.
The bad part is the phone is not up to a year.
Customer satisfaction is zero
After collecting money for their product they really don’t care if you’re enjoying the product or not.
I have called and called and called but still no permanent solution to the issue I’m having.
They keep saying sorry like it’s going to change anything or return my 400plus
I’m pained
The phone is hanging badly, the screen touch is not sensitive. When trying to snap or do a video, it turns blank.
