Oghenekowho M.★★★★★ — This rental company is a disgrace, do not use them, used them to pick up a high value client in Warri and their driver all through the trip was a nuisance, begging the client for money for food, money for maintenance, in short through out the two to three days he was booked he kept begging for money even after being admonished on the first day. I went as far as giving my feedback to the rental company but they totally ignored, no form of apology whatsoever. Please guys beware
Maro A★★★★★ — I contacted green park to rent 2 Prado vehicles for Friday the 15th of November 7am we agreed on a price and I immediately transferred the money to them after which I was issued a receipt . He told me he had over 20 cars available and the 2 cars I rented was going to be with me by 7am when I needed it for my event . I woke up to see a message from green park that the cars are no longer available and I shud send my account for a refund . I proceeded to ask for an explanation as I needed the car urgently which he didn’t respond to. He just said the cars were held up in an unapologetic way . My guess is someone negotiated higher than I did and he gave them the car . Green park is unreliable and not trustworthy as payment does not guarantee you receive the services you have paid for . Do business with them at your own risk. Thank God for DB car hire services that came through with 2 land cruisers and very respectable drivers at the last minute . Thank you
