Jennifer B.★★★★★ — Unfortunately, my experience at BlueBlood Veterinary Clinic has been extremely disappointing and stressful. With the exception of Dr. Felix, who was kind, professional, and genuinely attentive to my dog, the overall service was poor and unacceptable.
The front desk experience was particularly unpleasant. The staff member at reception was consistently rude, lacked basic courtesy, and handled concerns in a dismissive and hostile manner. When I raised valid complaints, I was spoken to disrespectfully instead of being offered solutions or empathy.
The grooming service was the worst part of my visit. The conditions under which my dog was groomed were alarming, and the outcome was completely unacceptable. My dog was returned to me looking poorly handled and improperly groomed. When I expressed concern, rather than addressing the issue, I was met with insults and hostility from the front desk.
Considering how expensive their services are, I expected a much higher standard of care, professionalism, and compassion especially in a veterinary environment where animals should be treated with patience and kindness.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise pet owners to be physically present if they choose to use this clinic. Animals cannot speak for themselves, and the way my dog was handled when I was not present was deeply troubling.
This has been my worst experience with a veterinary clinic in Abuja, and I would not recommend BlueBlood based on service quality, customer care, or value for money.
