Ovis U.★★★★★ — Their services is top-notched.I have been SEM customer for years.
Genesis T.★★★★★ — Sunny Eru Park in Warri genuinely surprised me—in the best way.
The organisation here is top-notch. From the comfortable seating area to the good music and the massive TV keeping commuters entertained, everything is designed to make waiting actually feel… pleasant. A rare feat for a transport park in Nigeria!
The staff member who attended to me was outstanding, smiling all through, answering my questions with zero stress or attitude. After meeting more “bad-mouth consultants” on this trip than I care to count, this was a breath of fresh air.
A couple of recommendations to take the experience from great to exceptional:
– The TV could be repositioned to reduce the heavy light reflections that make viewing a bit tricky.
– Consider adding secure lockers so travellers can keep their luggage safely if they want to take a short walk without dragging bags around like weightlifters-in-training.
Overall, a very positive experience. I’d definitely use the park again.
Ejike I.★★★★★ — While traveling to Asaba and returning to Warri, this is one of the best transport company currently in Delta state, you should use. Their drivers are well experienced and the staffs in charge of Asaba is friendly.
Their waybill service to Asaba is also cool and well organized.
But don't use their transportation to Abuja for now until the management gets it right. The Abuja staffs are rude and the system is poor. Their drivers prefers to load Warri to Asaba then from Asaba to Lagos and Lagos to Abuja and then to Warri.
There's never an experienced driver to Abuja for now , they partner with some transport company in sapele road with old rickety bus pay them less than 20,000 and then charge you 35,000 while they park you like sardine inside an 18 seater bus.
It's better you look for another company of you want to go to Abuja from Warri.
August 2025.
Nelson A.★★★★★ — WORST TRANSPORT COMPANY TO TRAVEL WITH
Bus was broke down ,customer service switched off their lines, management was not responsive, for over 3 hours in the middle of nowhere
TRAVEL WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK
Precious I.★★★★★ — I was sent message to come for pick up after 5days of waiting for my items from Lagos to Warri and when I got there the place was closed after spending more than 4k to get there. You guys are not reliable at all this is the first time I’m using your logistics and then this . Why will you send me a message to come for pick up when you know the place is not opened
Im never going to use your logistics company again
Otunuya E.★★★★★ — Promised an AC trip from warri to calabar, only to find out that we were deceived. There is no AC service on their vehicle, yet they charge exorbitantly. I'm not traveling with them anymore
ACP A.★★★★★ — Warri, Lagos and Abuja routes, good to go
Kanweli K.★★★★★ — It was okay but charging for luggage is a no for me because I wasn't when I went to pay that I will paying for that and on getting to the car the driver asked for money for luggage asides that it was okay and the driver didn't really drive carefully and that's all. The car was comfortable the air conditioner was put on at intervals so that was it.
