What surprises me is that with this terrible attitude of theirs they don't even have a simple clue of why they are at work. Most times you go, they are either i. chit chatting away leaving the clients to sort out how to resolve their issues because obviously they will tell you they don't know how to help you. Fine can you refer me to someone who can help, then they tell you to wait until someone comes out of the offices before they can relay your issue with the person, thereby making you wait and in your hearts you will be praying someone comes out soon. ii. They are either asking each other what they had for break fast, what they are going to have for lunch, who has bought what meal, who hasn't eaten ALL these while your clients are helplessly standing in front of them. iii. If they are not on an endless personal calls and will be using sign languages to communicate with you with no one to checkmate their work progress, they are walking out of you when you talking to them. Please of what essence are they being employed? Anyways they had these older persons attending to clients of recent which i think was a bit of relief having to know you can walk into an organisation and be attended to properly.
