Until it came time to pay for the bill and the waiter added the wrong drinks to our bill. I would've suspected it was a simple mistake but there were only a few people there so he wasn't busy at all. So just pay attention to your bill in hopes they don't pull a fast one on you.

Was almost put out by the fact that buying tickets online didn't guarantee smooth entry. We had to join a separate long queue that didn't move as fast as those who showed up on the day to buy a ticket. This was on boxing day.
Anyhoo! We did finally get in and the fun was mad! Because I had a 3 year old with me, we had to take turns to watch him. He wasn't a fan of the water like we'd thought he would be. That almost cramped my style but once we figured out the turns, we got our groove on. The lazy river was the lowest hanging fruit and I went like 4 trips!
But by far, the slides were the very, very, best. The Kamikaze slide had me screaming like a banshee! Lol! Adrenaline pumping. I liked the organization, the queues were moderate and moving. The crowd wasn't overwhelming.
Just sha make sure you come with extra bucks for food. No one is allowed to bring outside food in, and since you'll be in there for most of the day, you've got to eat. The food's pricey and the menu is a good spread - Pizza, burger, sharwarma, chicken, chips, etc.
There's also a shop to buy swimming accessories and other items.
We stayed till 6pm. The park closed at 7pm. We had fun. I didn't get to go on all the rides and activities so I'll definitely be back!

The food is basic. The pool and bar area is a delight. There's music and service by the pool which lights up at night in different colours. There is the gym, the restaurant, the spa and the Cinema! Love the cinema. You have to make reservations ahead of time.
You can always have your food sent up to your room via room service if you don't want to go to the restaurant.
It was a great experience and Stay-cation for Valentine’s.

They have other room packages. My experience might be limited to the room I booked, which was standard. It is possible that the higher standards might have better room service and ambiance. Plus even tho their room is so expensive there's no complimentary breakfast 🥲🫣 do better please 😫

Security breach where a guest's key opened another room at 4am.
Wes Al★★★★★ — This is the worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever visited. I flew in from London and booked for 2 nights, but the room was disgusting—dusty and filthy, nothing close to luxury. The chair in the room was broken with one leg missing. While trying to process the mess, a big fly attacked me (see picture). The wardrobe was something I have never experienced before. After watching this picture, what is luxury about it?
Customer service was below zero. Reception staff were peeping into my room to see items in my luggage as they knew I had just arrived, which made me feel very insecure and unsafe.
The Management is extremely poor, such of likes never experienced and maintenance is non-existent. This place is everything but a luxury residence. Its only in pictures and paper.
I couldn’t stay due to the terrible standards. I asked them to charge me for just one day (I spent only 3 hours there) and refund the balance, but they started a long Nigerian story. The toilet was as low as my daughter’s potty—dirty and unkept.
If you want luxury, standards, and professionalism, never go to this hostel that calls itself a hotel. Forget the pictures on the website—they are pure deception. I guarantee you will regret staying here. If you want my kind advise. NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL. In my next review I will upload the complete video of the room. I have 2 more reviews for it with the last on in December 2026.
