The receptionist was unbelievably rude to me. When my friend threatened to ask for a refund, she said we can't do anything because the company can't issue refunds. If interacting with pleasant staff is important to you, Ifitness is better for you.

This is so fantastic. Their facilities are world class with highly experienced and friendly staff. Your will find everything just as the name suggests. Wellness. Very serene pool side, gym with various equipments and friendly lodging facilities.
