Coach Ayo is very patient and the way he calls you by your full name makes you aware, he’s intentional about getting the best results out of you. He is never frustrated even if you’ve gone over the same mistakes a 100 times. You don’t have to second guess your safety with him. You would be amazed at your capacity at the end of the class. The group sessions are very interactive and a good place to network. He has the best kind of students. It’s worth every penny. Literally money backed guaranteed. The sitting area next to the outdoor bar doesn't have a screen to view matches, so depending on where you sit, you might not see the big screen airing football matches.
Overall, it was an okay experience, I'll visit again and hope the wait time for the food isn't long.
