There was no customer service phone line. We left our phone number, account number and whatnot with them but they still refused to let us leave.I have experience in banking so I know this happens and the money will still eventually work.To worsen the matter, they still kept on using the same account for others...even another man was delayed too.We don't even live in this state!! This was a very disappointing and irritating event.The toilets need to be inspected too.I would have attached a video but the security guard attempted to snatch my phone saying that I was videoing their staff which was clearly avoided. No manager, no higher authority. This is very unprofessional. If possible, I would give this place a zero rating.
