As soon as I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Stephanie, who kindly gave me directions and ensured that I entered the right place. I walked in feeling unsettled and tense, but guess what? I was welcomed by Sandra at the reception, and she immediately put me at ease. She was so jovial, friendly, and welcoming. She asked me to fill in my details while she quickly went to make the necessary arrangements. This was where everything changed for me. I was warmly welcomed into the treatment room by Cynthia, my massage therapist, who gently walked me through each of my spa treatments and procedures, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. After that came Charity, my pedicure therapist, who gave my feet the best treatment I’ve ever experienced. This was actually my first time visiting a spa and getting a Mid Week Mini Retreat, and it turned out to be such an amazing and enjoyable experience because of the wonderful staffs I met at ORÍKÌ. They paid attention to every little detail and listened carefully to everything I mentioned, which made me feel truly seen, valued, and cared for. I came in with body aches and pains, but I left feeling so much lighter. My body feels refreshed, renewed, and absolutely amazing. It was exactly the TLC I needed. Thank you ORÍKÌ for making my first spa experience one I’ll always remember 🫶🏻
