Entered and told the Security I was going to the hotel , and instead of telling me there’s a separate entrance, he made me walk all the way through the park from the main gate to the hotel.
On my night there, I had to stay up all night because of I was hunting for cockroaches. Had to move the bed to find a colony of cockroaches under the bed (which has never been cleaned or vacuumed)
Paid for the room and a compulsory 10k caution fee was demanded which I paid, only to be told I won’t receive my money till two days on the day I checked out. They didn’t care if I had plans for the money or not.
TELL ME WHY IT TOOK OVER A WHOLE WEEK TO GET MY CAUTION FEE BACK, A WEEK AND HUNDREDS OF PHONE CALLS. They only reacted when I lost my temper, no apologies whatsoever after the refund was made.
My opinion about the place is personal, I love the serenity, the large space. But for the facilities, there’s nothing about the place that makes it worth the price. The rooms don’t even have refrigerators. Their water heater don’t even work.

Everest O.★★★★★ — The hotel is quite exquisite and beautiful. Located in an area that's not crowded. A clean environment, rooms are beautiful and spacious. Everything is functional including the pool, wifi and 24/7 power supply. It was home away from home. The staffs are cordial.
However, the hall is yet to be ready, no much parking space and no variety of complimentary breakfast (this should be improved).
