Favouritism? ✔️ Poor customer service? ✔️ A completely lackadaisical attitude from the stylists? ✔️ The entire experience made it feel like they were doing customers a favour by serving them. One incident really stood out. A woman arrived about 35 minutes after I did, yet she was attended to almost immediately while I was still waiting. I honestly couldn’t understand what was going on. This isn’t even a one-off experience. It’s happened to me four times in a row. The only time it didn’t happen was after I publicly called the business out and received an apology. Today now Salon 2 wasn’t even full, but I chose to sit in Salon 3 cos they had just one seat left in salon 2 and it was me and my daughter, Imagine my surprise when I stepped out about an hour later and found Salon 4 completely occupied with stylists working on customers who arrived after me. Meanwhile, I had been given a number and told to keep waiting while they attended to people who came later. At this point, it’s hard not to notice a pattern. It seems the stylists have their preferred customers, and if you’re not one of them, you’re simply overlooked. No customer should have to repeatedly experience this kind of treatment. I had to leave and no I'm not coming back

They will leave you unattended to for so long and then come to you acting like they are uninterested to work. They also tried to gossip about me in Hausa thinking I didn’t understand. Very terrible staff. And very terrible service. I found a style on their page I had showed to them that I wanted to make but they all acted clueless about it like it wasn’t made at the same Salon. I do not recommend this salon at all. The Gwarinpa branch
