Itebalumeh A.★★★★★ — The very best in hotel in Owerri.
You’re getting way more than what you pay for. The bed is massive and the AC is freezing (in a good way!). Better than most hotels in this price range.
Clifford U.★★★★★ — I would give this place a zero if possible. When paying for you stay with an American card, make sure they enter the correct amount in the payment machine. I don't know what type of scam they are running. They changed my card 10 times the amount the should have. My stay was only supposed to cost $300 but I was charged over $3000.
They claimed they would work on a refund but here we are over 3 weeks later, no refund has been posted to my account. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank, giving me unnecessary work for their own incompetence. Please be wary of this place!
Fitzgerald A.★★★★★ — I experienced exceptional customer service with staff who were both attentive and friendly. Its charming ambiance and cozy rooms provided a perfect retreat that felt both relaxing and luxurious.
I will definitely come back.

Obioha M.★★★★★ — Horrible experience from the reception to the lift that smells and has a very weird sound. The corridor to the rooms is very dirty. Then the rooms, the floor was sticky indicating it hadn’t been cleaned the rooms also smells and the toilets are also dirty. In all a horrible experience

Keith S.★★★★★ — From our arrival until our departure this so called 3 star hotel was terrible. I didn't have a toliet seat until they had changed my room 3 times. Each time we interacted with the staff they claimed their poor response was due to renovations. But renovations do not explain unclean unrepaired rooms, having to pay the restaurant rather than charge our room, having to call the manager to get the kitchen staff to prepare food, having to argue with the manager for our complimentary breakfast to be honored, have tissues, sugar cubes, etc. rationed as if they were diamonds. Even on departure they presented a receipt reflecting less than we had paid.

Onyeka U.★★★★★ — Terrible hotel. House keeping stole 100 usd out my bag. And something was always wrong with the room ( a/c ,shower etc)
Eni U.★★★★★ — I don’t have much to say, but one visit will convince you that Willow Wood Hotel is truly one of the best. The comfort, service, and atmosphere speak for themselves ❤️👌
Igwe D.★★★★★ — The location of the hotel has good road network. It's close to Protea and Cubana Chief Priest house. The price of the rooms are affordable and the management are considerate to offer discounts
Emeka O.★★★★★ — This place is a Joke, go at your own risk, cockroach roaming everywhere, no towels offered to me. Stay away from here . Management is too poor
Yasmin B.★★★★★ — Biko, Ge nti: If you are in Owerri please DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The service is so slow, no one comes to clean your room, no one takes any initiative.
This place is dirty, the negative reviews are ALL CORRECT. Please don’t overlook them. Mosquitoes will greet you once you walk into your room and sitting room, roaches will be your friends because they are everywhere and it’s not clean at all. Upon arrival, we found an empty food container under the divider curtain and stained sheets. Anytime you go to the bathroom, you would be greeted by a different roach. My bags remained closed all through the trip because I did not want to take roaches home. The decor and furnishings are completely outdated AND THEY KEPT TAKING THE LIGHT! What are we really paying for?! The breakfast was terrible as well. WiFi was not steady at all at all. I will never come here again or recommend this place to anyone.
The only 2 good things about this hotel are some of the workers and the pool, that’s it.
Royal S.★★★★★ — Good and Serena environment with Standard felitilities and workers
