It looks good on the outside. But it's an old hotel. It needs renovation. And the staff needs orientation. They keep begging clients for money without showing genuine concern about their clients conform 👎

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with this hotel. The bed sheets were dirty, so they had to be changed immediately. The air conditioner was too loud, and the water was sometimes very dirty during showers, with muddy water coming out unexpectedly. Also, during my stay, I had left…

One of the oldest and poorly maintained hotels in Owerri. It's only benefiting from close location to a State house that's all. I don't think they spent one kobo to maintain the place. No food, no service, old everything. Only two good things: swimming pool and fresh meat pie.

The hotel is very outdated and their rooms service always takes time to come. Their food is rubbish and they are not apologetic about it. A floor caught fire on my 3rd day there so I left. They really need to upgrade their facilities. Their elevator makes a funny noise But if…
