The housekeeping team definitely needs to be replaced or retrained all over again. Poor hygiene! This was the state of the 2nd bedroom we were given. And initially requested that we pay more for this. My partner and I had to decline, check out earlier than planned and request for a refund for the rest of the days. We were finally refunded after a bit of back and forth. But we were charged for the horrible first night of being put in a dirty room full of mosquitoes. No form of follow up or apology by their team for our experience. We do appreciate the male receptionist who tried the best he could do (but there’s only so much a staff can do) And Margaret one of the managers and supported the refund process for the remaining days. This was a good hotel, not sure what happened. I hope their management team will take it back to its glory.
