- Good option if you are looking for privacy
- 24hr power supply with the usual downtime for change over.
- Internet speed is nothing to write home about.
- Internet disconnect any time there is power failure. You have to login via web each time. It can be frustrating.
- Water heater in my room isn't reliable and sometimes, you have to call the front desk to put heater on, same running water.
- I do more of chowdeck, I don't like their food.
- Hygiene, I reserve my comment.
- The house keepers during my visitation are terrible at their jobs, I don't want to totally blame it on the management, but I also wonder what the management is managing. 🤷
On my last visit, I told that front desk lady I will not be coming back after showing her a lot of stuff going on with housekeeping, and probably won't.

The first time I stayed here, I initially booked for about 25 days but had to leave after just 3 nights due to poor service. Almost a year later, I decided to give the hotel another chance, but unfortunately, the service and room conditions were even worse than my first experience.
Some of the receptionists are polite and helpful, while others are not. There was no manager available on-site to report issues to; communication was only through WhatsApp by the receptionists, and even that was ineffective.
When rooms were changed, we were expected to move our belongings ourselves because the porters were unavailable on two occasions. Only one receptionist assisted us once. While the rooms are manageable, the bathrooms are in terrible condition and have an unpleasant odor that clearly needs attention.
The air conditioning was inconsistent, and on one occasion we were given a dirty towel with visible blood stains. Blood stains were also found on the pillowcases more than once, even after the issue had been reported. Also, the kitchen staffs are both crazy and rude which majority of the staffs are since they can’t even give you a glass cup for any of their rooms except for the two mugs they have in each room.
Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I will definitely not be returning to this hotel.

R S★★★★★ — Outside was beautiful but big disappointment when we got into the room. Poorly maintained. Sockets hanging off walls. Bathtub blocked. Insects. Pillows so old they were uncomfortable. Muslims beware. We were fasting and there was not accommodation for suhoor. Their WiFi was okay.

I made a reservation for the #27,000 room only for the receptionist to give me their room of #25,000 and I immediately had to change it to #30,000 room. I got to know because I had to pay #25,000 for another room the second night for a friend coming around and this time it was another receptionist around. Lo and behold, he took me to the same room I was offered for #27,000. And, when the lady came around, I immediately asked her why she did that, she was more than shocked that I knew.
Well, the rooms are big enough for the prices, they just need to work on the bathrooms, my room water heater didn't work even though it's the highest price room and their breakfast is very poor.
Lest I forget, they have wifi as well.
