I have had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Mixta.
I purchased some piece of land at Beechwood, Lagos, and I have had to pay for infrastructure costs that Mixta was responsible for providing. Despite several follow-ups and multiple emails, Mixta has failed to respond and has yet to deliver or pay for the required infrastructure.
In addition, Mixta has not rezoned the designated recreational area in Beechwood to residential use. This failure has made it impossible for many of us to process building approvals, government consent, and Certificates of Occupancy (C of O). These are fundamental requirements for landowners to move forward with development.
Mixta sold these plots to customers without providing the necessary documentation needed to properly perfect titles with the government. This situation is extremely disheartening and unprofessional.
As a result of Mixta’s lackadaisical approach, many landowners in Beechwood are unable to proceed with construction, and several residents are now hesitant to move forward with any development plans. A growing number of buyers are exhausted by Mixta’s continued inaction, lack of communication, and failure to meet their obligations.
Mixta needs to urgently address these issues, engage transparently with their customers, and fulfill the commitments made at the point of sale.
This is a public cry for Mixta to do the needful after several emails and private consultation through the Beechwood community with them

They don’t reply to you or try to explain to you why, they just ignore your calls. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
