I was directed to one, she directed me to another, and he to another closest to where I live. All these 3 distributors told me they have no viju water. So, I called back the office. The lady was quite harsh but I tolerated her. Then I explained that the 3 links I had gone through have no viju water, if she will be able to proffer any solution, the only response I got is, 'we only sell to distributors.' I even offered to go to the office but she insisted there was nothing she could do since the distributors around me did not have then I should forget about using viju water for my celebration. I think that's strange!

I really don't understand why someone will pay for drinks at your designated depots and over two months later, will not receive it. It says a lot about this company. I want to believe there are values that guide the operations within this business. Integrity should be one of them. From the topmost level to the least.
I don't know of the genre of politics ongoing between your factory and delivery workers. I don't know why your driver's will demand an extra fee to deliver goods and when that doesn't happen, it's as good as nothing.
As if that is not enough, you issue out new prices and rules even while a previous transactions are yet to be concluded. It's not Noble.
It's easy for you to ignore because what's what 1 in a million.
Whatever happened to using analytics to understand your consumer behavior even as it relates to your pricing?
I think it's become a habit for 7up to force unwanted products to customers. This is the same observation I've noticed for over 3 years now.
Please do better. People sell these products to make a living for their families and I believe that's why you are in business. Don't make it harder for the people that are not on the same level as you.
