great service but the space is really small especially for the area it is servicing, people going to customer care have to queue outside the facility because of lack of space and lack of waiting area with chairs

Their Jabi branch was nothing to write home about. They have a very poor customer service. The security men I met at the gate were so rude, they collect tips to help you jump the long queue..

This is the worst zenith bank I have been to, very poor customer service and it takes over 30 minutes to do a simple online transfer. If you want to make a quick transaction I would advise you avoid this bank at all cost 😡😡😡😡

This branch of Zenith bank is located at a strategic location, easily accesible. They have a small car park though, and the bank is always busy i guess it's because of it's location.
