Their Jabi branch was nothing to write home about. They have a very poor customer service. The security men I met at the gate were so rude, they collect tips to help you jump the long queue..

This is the worst zenith bank I have been to, very poor customer service and it takes over 30 minutes to do a simple online transfer. If you want to make a quick transaction I would advise you avoid this bank at all cost 😡😡😡😡

This branch of Zenith bank is located at a strategic location, easily accesible. They have a small car park though, and the bank is always busy i guess it's because of it's location.
