Poor customer service from security to front desk. Very slow service network. If you don't have at least 3 hours to waste don't come. Also make sure you get there before 2:30pm or you would be turned back.

Slowest bank ever. Poor ventilation, has a horrid smell. And nothing ever works. Long queues and poor network connection are the order of the day here. Aim to spend at least an hour for the simplest transactions.
