An office accommodation for different companies. It's at the central business district. It houses Lotus Capital, etc. The building should be maintained as only one lift working amongst the two.

The place is environmental friendly, went to the third floor, had good structural design, the elevator is smooth, ut has wheel chair access and the place looks good.

This place was really a surprise for me. The interior blew my mind. Although the design is basic. But it speaks volumes. The Location houses a lot of offices including ONE Campaign. It has an elevator coupled with stairs. Good security and internal parking.
