This is the deal honestly. The estate is nice, still in the development stage though not so many houses yet. The structures of the roads are nice. The estate has streets in it. I was at hilltop street some days back and I was blown away. There's a great future for this estate…

Some of the estate street roads are narrow and untarred. Estate isn't fully developed, but some of the finished buildings are up for sale at relatively affordable prices. The main road to the estate is very bad, though the estate is recently constructing road to the estate which…

The entrance road was bad but all intra roads were tarred,light was quite regular and the estate was accessible by taxi's. Individual houses were fenced with security men visible.
