UPS is the absolute worst! Do not use them. Paid to air freight a time sensitive package from lagos to abuja. It has been 3 days! All they can tell me is “the package is in transit”. The tracking is not even updated so I can not tell at what point in this tedious delivery…

The lady at the front desk is very warm and welcoming. She deserves a salary increase 😂. Generally, the reception was nice. Even if she was obviously tired from work, she still helped and made sure I got my package safely to the car. My package is in good shape too.
