Very good and organized office environment, it was my first time visiting the branch and I was very disappointed because the staffs complained that there was no electricity at that moment and their generator had an unfixed issue. Not a lucky day for them I guess. I won't conclude…

Cool, well organized and they observe 90% of the COVID-19 precautions. The customer care is very friendly, attentive and beautiful. She's good at multitasking and doesn't waste people's time.

I used this service and I must say I wasn't expecting the reception nor the quality of service I received. The lady who attended to me made me feel relaxed (I thought she was gonna be rude) and the parcel I mailed arrived way earlier than stated so kudos to you guys
